Three county girls on All-NLL first-team

hree Wood County players were named to the
first-team in the All-Northern Lakes League girls
basketball selections.
Bowling Green's Hayley Williford, Perrysburg's Erin
Mesker, and Rossford's Courtney Trenchik were each
named to the first-team.
Northview's Olivia Fouty and Miriam Justinger,
Southview's Tiffany Scott and Ariel Gaston, and
Anthony Wayne's Emma Ricketts were also named to the
first team.
Northview won the league title with a record of
13-1.
BG's Bethany Hoehner, Perrysburg's Kelsea Newman,
and Rossford's Abbey Geraghty were named to the
second-team.
Also on the second-team were: Maumee's Maddie
Walker, Northview's Jessica Jessing, Southview's
Taylor Hall and Springfield's Danisha Brown.
The following players earned honorable mention: AW -
Hayley Barrett; BG - Jessica Sikula; Maumee - Emily
Junga; Northview - Skylar Rose; Perrysburg - Nicole
