Perrysburg’s girls improved to 9-3 in
the Northern Lakes League, defeating Anthony Wayne,
41-32 on Saturday.
In other NLL girls games, it was: Springfield 40,
Rossford 30; and Northview 51, Southview 39. The
Maumee at Bowling Green game was postponed.
The Fostoria St. Wendelin at Elmwood girls game was
also postponed.
The following non-league boys games were also
postponed: Fostoria St. Wendelin at Lake; and
Northwood at Gibsonburg.
GIRLS
Perrysburg 41, Anthony Wayne 32
In Perrysburg, the Yellow Jackets (13-5 overall)
overcame a 10-4 deficit after the first quarter,
out-scoring AW 37-22 the rest of the game.
Nicole Delas led Perrysburg with 15 points and Erin
Mesker added 14.
Ricketts led the Generals (8-10, 3-9) with 16
