Perrysburg’s girls basketball team
held Rossford to single digits in all but one
quarter and defeated the Bulldogs, 41-28, in a
Northern Lakes League game Friday.
In other games in the NLL, it was: Northview 68,
Bowling Green 18; Anthony Wayne 43, Maumee 35; and
Southview 37, Springfield 27.
In Suburban Lakes League boys games, it was:
Eastwood 52, Genoa 48; Elmwood 72, Lake 51; and
Otsego 57, Woodmore 44.
In the Midland Athletic League, it was: North
Baltimore 73, Tiffin Calvert 61; and Carey 55,
Lakota 41.
In the Toledo Area Athletic Conference, Ottawa Hills
defeated Northwood, 57-29.
GIRLS
Perrysburg 41, Rossford 28
In Perrysburg, the Yellow Jackets improved to 2-1
overall and in the NLL with the win. Rossford is
1-4, 0-3.
Kelsea Newman led Perrysburg with 12 points and Erin
Mesker added 10 points.
Courtney Trenchik led the Bulldogs with 13 points. |
