Kelsea Newman hit a 3-pointer at the buzzer with
two defenders guarding her to hand Perrysburg a
37-36 win over Southview last night in Northern
Lakes League girls basketball.
Newman totaled 16 points for the visiting Yellow
Jackets (4-1, 3-1 NLL), while Erin Mesker chipped in
with 13.
Olivia O'Reilly and Tiffany Scott led the Cougars
(4-1, 3-1) with eight points apiece. |
